Returns and Exchanges Policy

All Venicetti products are made to order. This reduces waste and ensures each item is produced specifically for the customer who purchased it.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted for:

  • misprinted items
  • defective items
  • items damaged in transit
  • items that differ from what was ordered

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Photographs are required to assess any manufacturing issue.

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the made‑to‑order production process, we cannot accept returns for:

  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong size
  • colour expectations differing from on‑screen appearance
  • general wear and tear after delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.

Process

  1. Contact support with your order number and photographs.
  2. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
  3. You may be asked to return the item depending on the nature of the defect.

Refunds

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the payment provider.
